Description
This primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against H2AFY. The unconjugated antibody is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Generated using recombinant full-length human H2AFY as the immunogen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of the H2AFY protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Affinity purification by epitope-specific chromatography yields a product with reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE, recognising a target with a molecular weight of approximately 40kDa.
