Anti-H. pylori CagA Antibody [3C1]

Mouse monoclonal [3C1] antibody to Helicobacter pylori cytotoxin associated gene A (CagA) protein, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG1 antibody is raised in mouse and is reactive with human samples, validated for ELISA. According to the manufacturer, no cross-reaction with other proteins has been identified. The immunogen is a highly immunogenic 32kD recombinant CagA fragment. The product is supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.0, and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the antibody is reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
