Anti-GZMB Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets GZMB (Granzyme B) and is raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG, supplied unconjugated. The product listing reports validated applications of WB and IF, with reactivity in human and mouse samples.

A separate specification sheet for the same reagent lists a broader application panel of WB, IHC and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The same sheet extends the reactivity profile to include human, mouse and rat, and identifies the immunogen as a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-200 of human Granzyme B (NP_004122.2). Purification is by affinity chromatography and the predicted molecular weight is 30 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Storage guidance is to ship at 4 °C, aliquot on receipt, and store at -20 °C while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
