Anti-GZMA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against GZMA (Granzyme A). It is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–262 of human GZMA (NP_006135.1), and the reagent has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, supported by two scientific validation images.

The product is formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
