Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GYS1 and is unconjugated. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human GYS1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GYS1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 84 kDa. Host species: rabbit; isotype IgG.
