Anti-GYS1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GYS1. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GYS1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of GYS1 protein. Affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
