Anti-GYS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Glycogen synthase 1 (GYS1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 488-737 of human Glycogen synthase 1 (NP_002094.2). The target has a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
