Anti-GYS (P539) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500-550 of Human GYS, is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody targets GYS (P539) and detects endogenous levels of Glycogen Synthase protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 84 kDa. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
