Anti-GYPC Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175257)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Glycophorin C (GYPC) is supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human and Mouse samples, with validated application in Western blot (WB) and reported use in immunofluorescence (IF).

It is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–128 of human Glycophorin C (NP_002092.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
