Anti-GYPC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and targets the GYPC (glycophorin C) protein. Each vial contains 50 µL of affinity-purified antibody at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, supplied unconjugated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The immunogen is a recombinant human GYPC protein, and the antibody has been validated to detect endogenous levels of total GYPC. It is recommended for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with demonstrated reactivity against human and mouse samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
