From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GYPB/GPB. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-91 of human GYPB (NP_002091.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
