Anti-GYPA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Glycophorin A (GYPA), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human samples. The antibody is produced in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–91 of human GYPA (P02724), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
