Anti-GYG1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal unconjugated IgG antibody directed against Glycogenin 1 (GYG1). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 234-333 of human GYG1 (NP_001171649.1) and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa. Purification is performed by affinity purification, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilution for WB is 1:200-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
