Anti-GULP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets GULP1 and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated IgG reagent shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–130 of human GULP1 (NP_057399.1) and is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 34 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC; concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
