Anti-GUK1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets guanylate kinase (GUK1) and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) in human samples, with one scientific validation image available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–197 of human GUK1 (NP_000849.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 21 kDa. The antibody is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:200–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
