Anti-GUCY2C Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets GUCY2C, also known as GC-C. The unconjugated reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–330 of human GUCY2C (NP_004954.2) and is validated for Western Blotting with Human and Mouse samples. The corresponding target protein has a reported molecular weight of 123 kDa.

For Western Blot, a working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
