Anti-GUCA2A Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GUCA2A (Guanylin) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–115 of human GUCA2A (NP_291031.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.
