Anti-GUCA1A Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation, this polyclonal reagent recognizes GUCA1A (also known as GCAP1), a calcium-binding regulator of retinal guanylyl cyclase expressed primarily in photoreceptor outer segments. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on mouse samples, the antibody supports studies of phototransduction recovery, where GCAP1 modulates cGMP synthesis in a calcium-dependent manner.
