Anti-GTF2IRD1 Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and is directed against GTF2IRD1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Three immunogen preparations are offered across the range. One variant uses a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 660–959 of human GTF2IRD1 (NP_057412.1); another is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human GTF2IRD1; and a third is generated using a recombinant protein of human GTF2IRD1. The peptide- and recombinant-protein-based reagents detect endogenous levels of total GTF2IRD1. The target has a reported molecular weight of 106 kDa.

Concentration is given as 1.0 mg/mL for the peptide- and recombinant-protein-derived preparations, and as lot specific for the fusion-protein variant. All formats are supplied as liquids in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3–7.4) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and have been affinity-purified; the peptide- and recombinant-protein-derived preparations additionally include 150 mM NaCl in their formulation. They are shipped at 4°C; upon delivery they should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
