Anti-GTF2I Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against GTF2I, also referred to as TFII I. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 600–810 of human GTF2I (NP_001157108.1) as the immunogen and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), this Antibodies.com product reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 135 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
