Anti-GTF2I Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GTF2I, also referred to as TFII I, is offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibody range. The unconjugated reagent is an IgG antibody raised in rabbit and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 600-810 of human GTF2I (NP_001157108.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 132 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
