Anti-GTF2H4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GTF2H4, offered by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and ELISA and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-300 of human GTF2H4, with the antigen sequence derived from human. The predicted molecular weight of the target protein is 52 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquoting and storage at -20°C are recommended, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested.
