Anti-GTF2H3 Antibody

The manufacturer has validated the affinity-purified reagent for Western blot and immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–308 of human GTF2H3 (NP_001507.2), and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 36 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze–thaw cycles avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IP, although the actual working concentration may require further optimisation by the user.
