Anti-GTF2H1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GTF2H1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation raised in rabbit. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–425 of human GTF2H1 (NP_001135779.1).

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is reported as lot specific and the target protein has a stated molecular weight of 65 kDa. The product has been affinity purified and is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
