Anti-GTF2F1 Antibody

Because TFIIF couples RNA polymerase II with TBP and TFIIB, GTF2F1 sits at a key regulatory node in transcription: it helps position the polymerase on the template, stabilizes the open promoter complex, and supports elongation efficiency through its RAP74 winged-helix domains.
