Anti-GSTZ1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to GSTZ1 (glutathione S-transferase zeta 1), offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation and has been validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–216 of human GSTZ1 (NP_665877.1). The protein target has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:100–1:500 is advised. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
