Anti-GSTT1 (R31) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against GSTT1. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of human GSTT1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GSTT1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Purification by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa.
