Anti-GSTP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against GSTP1 (also referred to as GST3/GST pi). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–210 of human GST3/GST pi (GSTP1), referenced under accession NP_000843.1. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent is supported by 4 scientific validation images.
