Anti-GSTO1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets glutathione S transferase Omega 1/p28 (GSTO1). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-241 of human GSTO1 (NP_004823.1). Recommended WB dilutions are 1:200-1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 27 kDa.

The product is provided as a liquid, affinity purified, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
