Anti-GSTO1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µL aliquot, this polyclonal reagent is directed against the GSTO1 (glutathione S-transferase omega 1) target and detects endogenous levels of the total GSTO1 protein. The immunogen used was a full-length fusion protein, and the antibody is purified by antigen affinity chromatography before being formulated in PBS, pH 7.3, containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol at a working concentration of 2.6 mg/mL. It is unconjugated, making it suitable for standard secondary-antibody detection workflows, and it is validated for western blotting (WB) on human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue, HeLa cells, and human fetal liver lysates (40 µg per lane at a 1/350 primary dilution in the representative SDS-PAGE data) as well as for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue at a 1/60 dilution. Reactivity is reported for human samples, and the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
