Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against the GSTM4 target and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human GSTM4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GSTM4 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 26 kDa.
