Description
Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GSTM4 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with human and mouse samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG liquid preparation.
The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 26 - 34 kDa, and the recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:500-1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-218 of human GSTM4 (NP_000841.1).
The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
