The unconjugated IgG antibody targets GSTM3, raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 101-225 of human GSTM3 (NP_000840.2), and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 25 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
