Anti-GSTM3 Antibody

A primary rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against GSTM3 is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 101–225 of human GSTM3 (NP_000840.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
