Anti-GSTM2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against human Glutathione S-Transferase Mu 2 (GSTM2), supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. The antibody detects endogenous GSTM2 (~26 kDa) and is validated for Western blotting (1:500–1:2,000), immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it well suited for cross-species expression studies of the Mu-class glutathione S-transferase family. Provided as a 50 µl aliquot, the polyclonal preparation ensures recognition of multiple epitopes across the target, while the unconjugated format offers flexibility to pair the reagent with a reporter of choice (HRP, biotin, or fluorophore).
