Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GSTM2 and is validated for Western Blot (WB). It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human GSTM2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GSTM2 protein. It is supplied as a 1mg/ml solution in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with a molecular weight of ~26 kDa.
The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
