Anti-GSTM1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Glutathione S-Transferase Mu 1 (GSTM1), a phase II detoxification enzyme involved in the conjugation of reduced glutathione to a wide range of electrophilic substrates. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is unconjugated for use with standard secondary detection reagents. Validated application is Western blotting (WB), where the polyclonal mixture delivers robust detection of the ~25–26 kDa GSTM1 target. The host species is rabbit with polyclonal clonality and an IgG isotype, and the antibody has been verified to cross-react with Human and Rat samples.
