Anti-GSTA2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to GSTA2 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use. The antibody is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications across Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 – 1:2,000 is provided. The target protein GSTA2 has a molecular weight of 25 kDa, and the immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–222 of human GSTA2 (NP_000837.3). Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, prepared by affinity purification.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For IHC use, the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of total GSTA2 protein in Human samples.
