Anti-GST Antibody [KT4]

This Rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT4), available from Antibodies.com, recognises GST and is validated for ELISA and WB applications. It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG2a reagent at 1 mg/ml.

The antibody is raised against a fusion protein containing GST (protein length 251) and is purified from culture supernatant using a protein G column. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.

Recommended dilutions are 1 µg/ml for indirect ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB. The product ships at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is provided.
