Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Glutathione S transferase (GST). It is supplied as a liquid antiserum containing 0.05% Sodium Azide and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and ELISA applications. It was raised against recombinant full length Glutathione S transferase protein (amino acids 1-212) and specifically reacts with Glutathione S transferase and GST-tagged proteins. For Western Blotting, recommended dilutions range from 1:2,000 to 1:10,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
