Anti-GSN Antibody

The polyclonal antibody reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Gelsolin (GSN), an actin-binding protein that caps, severs, and nucleates actin filaments during cytoskeletal remodeling. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the unconjugated antibody recognizes the human, mouse, and rat GSN orthologs, supporting comparative work across standard laboratory models.

Supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody can be diluted directly into standard blocking buffer or antibody diluent. The glycerol-containing buffer keeps the reagent fluid at frozen storage temperatures, simplifying freeze-thaw handling during routine immunolabelling workflows.
