Anti-GSK3B (phospho Y216) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GSK3 beta + GSK3 alpha phosphorylated at Tyr216 and Tyr279. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P), and ELISA, and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to residues around Y216/Y279 of human GSK3 beta + GSK3 alpha, with the immunogen sequence VSYIC. Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weights are 47 kDa and 51 kDa, with a predicted MW of 47 kDa, and recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC-P: 1:50–1:200.

Shipped at 4°C, the product should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.
