Anti-GSK3B (phospho Y216) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, distributed by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range, recognizes GSK3 beta phosphorylated at tyrosine 216 (phospho Y216) and additionally reacts with GSK3 alpha phosphorylated at tyrosine 279 (phospho Tyr279). Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation obtained by affinity purification and is provided at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was generated against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region surrounding Y216 of human GSK3β (NP_001139628), with the immunogen sequence VSYIC. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is given.
