Anti-GSK3B (phospho S9) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com recognises GSK3 beta when phosphorylated at Ser9. It is unconjugated and raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S9 of human GSK3ß (NP_001139628.1), with the immunogen sequence TTSFA.

Validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500–1:1,000 for IP. The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa.

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Supporting validation data include Western blot of C6 lysates, immunofluorescence of NIH/3T3 and PC-12 cells, and immunoprecipitation of HeLa cell extracts.
