Anti-GSK3B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of GSK3 beta. The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 320 to the C-terminus of human GSK3β (NP_001139628.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa for the target protein.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Immunoprecipitation (IP), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:50–1:200.
