Anti-GSK3A (phospho S21) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GSK3 alpha phosphorylated at Ser21, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on human samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide spanning the region around S21 of human GSK3a (NP_063937.2), with the immunogen sequence TSSFA.

Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the reagent is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IP: 1:50–1:100. The target protein has a molecular weight of 51 kDa. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Supporting validation data include Western blot analysis of 293 and HeLa cell lysates, and immunoprecipitation analysis of 293T cell extracts treated with 100 nM insulin at 37°C for 10 minutes following serum-starvation overnight.
