Anti-GSK3A Antibody

It is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with two scientific validation images available. The reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 409-483 of human GSK3a (NP_063937.2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 51 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:20-1:100 for ICC/IF.
