Anti-GSK3β (S2) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets GSK3β (S2) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human GSK3β, and it detects endogenous levels of GSK3β protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 46 kDa.
