Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GSK3β (S13) is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of GSK3β protein and runs at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
