Anti-GSK3α/β (phospho-Y279/216) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human GSK3α around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 279. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of GSK3α/β protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr279/216.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied as 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 46,51 kDa.
